We currently have these positions open: Counselors/Therapist
(LPC, LCSW, LMFT and LPC & LCSW under supervision)
OF WORK PERFORMED:
outpatient behavioral health services to consumers as indicated following the
initial assessment and as delineated in the Individual Plan of Care (children)
or the Individual Recovery Plan (adults).
or facilitates case management services as indicated to link consumers with
necessary community resource is that allow the least restrictive level of care.
as a member of a weekly treatment team staffing for the purpose of clinical
consultation, utilization review, documentation verification and an exchange of
information regarding clients.
for the appropriateness and timeliness
of clinical record keeping as per agency, funding source and
accreditation/certification organization standards, including varied formats as
required by particular payors such as health maintenance organization,
Medicaid, etc. Works with Utilization
Review and other agency personnel to ensure the proper utilization and/or
authorization of treatment services.
other duties as required and/or assigned by supervisor and/or executive staff.
possess work processing/computer skills, be able to use e-mail, own a cell
phone, be available for crisis, and speak fluent English.
be able to lift/carry 20 lbs, climb stairs, and walk two blocks.
follow all general and safety policies and procedures as established by the
requirements for certifications or licenses to fulfill employment agreement.
annual Health and Safety courses to fulfill established Love and Hope
Counseling Services policies.

Services policies and Procedures.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s Degree from an accredited institution
Must have current clinical license or under supervision for license.
